Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing, sales, or account management role.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
• Comfortable having direct, sometimes tough conversations with clients.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid ads, lead generation, funnels, and CRMs.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during standard US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale client relationship from onboarding through retention.
• Run weekly or bi-weekly strategy calls with clients to review ad performance, lead flow, and sales outcomes.
• Identify when a client is at risk and take action before they churn.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment and ads team to ensure delivery stays on track.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to grow account value.
• Track client KPIs, flag problems early, and own retention metrics.
