NielsenIQ in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and expand our branded customer base for our digital shelf platform. You will be the primary contact for a growing portfolio of CPG brands, driving value through expert application knowledge and data insights.

This fully remote role offers a market-competitive salary with a base compensation in the USD 69k–89k range and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer marketing in CPG/eCommerce.
• Has been in a client/customer facing role.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf analytics and eCommerce data.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and coordinate with SMEs to resolve issues.
• Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor with thought leadership and best practices.
• Set and manage client expectations to maintain high credibility and trust.
• Help clients derive value from the digital shelf tool using data and expert knowledge.
• Provide business context to Strategy & Insights reports for client teams.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, Thinkcell and AI tools to support analyses.
• Stay current on industry trends to inform marketing strategies and client engagement.
• Leverage strong communication and collaboration to drive customer success.
