Job summary

CommerceIQ is seeking a Customer Success Associate Director, E-commerce to lead and grow relationships with major brands and ensure successful adoption of our AI-powered platform. You will onboard, train, and guide clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic value and measurable revenue growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations, ongoing optimization across retailer platforms, and deep product expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field.
• 5+ total years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years in ecommerce at a brand, consulting firm, agency, or related org in CPG or analytics roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and client management skills.
• Analytical approach with advanced Excel (and/or SQL) skills and risk mitigation.
• Track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connector between retail media strategy and content execution, ensuring media investments and on-site content align to drive conversion and share growth.
• Understand ecommerce needs and how our products/services help meet them.
• Provide data-driven content recommendations across retailer platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) to maximize visibility and performance.
• Be an expert on the CommerceIQ platform and apply best-practice strategies to achieve business goals.
• Move the needle on customer KPIs and demonstrate the platform's value throughout the engagement.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and deployment of best practices to grow ecommerce business.
• Coordinate with technical support and engineering to resolve customer requests quickly and satisfactorily.
• Support Leadership and Professional Services in Joint Success Plans to maximize value.
