Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Customer Success professional in the United States to champion customer value realization and maximize the impact of their Unit4 investment. You will serve as the primary interface for customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while collaborating with Sales on upsell opportunities.

You’ll lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful outcomes across a broad stakeholder base.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong customer relationships to drive retention and expansion.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in Customer Success or similar role within SaaS.
• Familiarity with value realization and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and internal advocate, turning insights into actions.
• Drive customer value realization and maximize the value of their Unit4 investment.
• Act as the primary point of contact in Customer Success, managing risk and retention.
• Increase product adoption and maturity through success planning and value-added engagements.
• Identify and drive new sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) in collaboration with Sales.
• Lead executive business reviews with C-level stakeholders and customer teams.
