Regroup Mass Notification, a global company with headquarters in Dallas, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term client relationships and maximize ROI across the lifecycle. You will own renewals, conduct QBRs, onboard new clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to resolve product pain points and promote customer loyalty.

Formación

• 3+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Success experience.
• Proven renewal experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and multi-divisional customers.
• Experience managing US-based clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers and analyzing feedback.
• Deliver ROI updates to clients throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage and grow the book of business, including renewals.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advise clients.
• Act as a Customer Advocate and learn about clients.
• Build trust and transparency with clients.
• Enhance customer training and onboarding of new clients.
• Evaluate customer needs and manage requests and expectations.
