Job summary

The Customer Success Implementation Specialist (CSIS) at EHS Insight helps onboard clients and translate their business needs into configured solutions using custom fields, formulas, and reports. You will learn the EHS Insight configuration language and APIs, and support customers through Postman.

You will gather requirements, act as the technical lead for the project, diagnose issues, provide timely responses to high-priority tickets, deliver demos, and coordinate with other teams to ensure

Qualifications

Knowledge of SQL Server queries, XML, JSON, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with APIs and calling them via Postman.
Advanced Excel skills (functions, macros, pivot tables).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work across multiple departments and teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert and help improve the platform.
Gather customer requirements and implement the best solution.
Act as the technical point of contact and configure the system.
Diagnose, debug, and document issues.
Provide timely responses to high-priority tickets.
Work with limited supervision and take initiative.
Respond to inquiries via FreshDesk.
Assist clients with API usage, roles, modules, and reports.
Conduct demos and meetings on integration planning.
