Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for LatAm, a remote contract role with substantial overlap with Pacific Time. You will debug web applications and work across an AI+SaaS stack, collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.

The role requires a CS/SE degree and 2–5 years of experience building modern web apps using React, Node, Flask, and Next.js. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end; reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
• Debug across the AI+SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and DB queries.
• Triage with sound judgment; escalate engineering issues and resolve others via config or guidance.
• Surface product risks to engineering and leadership.
• Create clear runbooks and documentation to speed resolutions.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
