Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the bridge between our team and mid-market customers, guiding them from kickoff through onboarding to ongoing success.

You will leverage your product expertise to ensure customers maximize value from the Hightouch platform, translating requirements into elegant, scalable solutions while collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing or technology-focused role
• Experience managing technical projects with a customer-first approach
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools)
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing success for mid-market customers
• Collaborate with Sales to drive adoption within large organizations
• Deliver timely, organized onboarding and provide technical guidance
• Offer proactive technical guidance across all products
• Coordinate with Support, Engineering and other teams on escalations
• Surface use cases and feedback to Engineering to improve the platform
