Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to work closely with users, helping them extract maximum value from our platform. This role involves reading API docs, understanding how SaaS tools integrate with data workflows, and collaborating with Solutions Architects, Engineers, Marketing, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a customer-facing role, a technical background, and SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (not necessarily technical).
• Technical background either through experience or education.
• Conversant in SQL or willing to learn basics and advanced topics.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
• Thorough understanding of the technology industry and its players.

Responsibilities

• Help users maximize value from the platform via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
• Read API documentation and understand how CRM/ERP/ESP tools fit with data workflows.
• Collaborate across Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering and Operations.
• Be a strong team player and contribute across the organization as we grow.
