Job summary

GitLab is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to provide on-demand technical guidance and enablement for APJ accounts. You will help customers design and implement GitLab DevSecOps workflows, with a focus on adoption, outcomes, and renewals.

This is a remote role based in India, working asynchronously with global teams. You will mentor customers, contribute to enablement content, and collaborate with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to align technical recommendations with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical consultancy via video calls and written channels.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps workflows and related practices across SCM, CI/CD, security, and Agile planning.
• Hands-on technical background in software development, systems engineering, or similar technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand technical consultancy and solution guidance via Zoom and written channels to help customers adopt GitLab solutions.
• Drive product adoption and measurable value to support renewals and expansion across APJ.
• Deliver architectural guidance across SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning to unblock implementations.
