Job summary

The role involves solving data integration challenges, reading API documentation, and providing proactive guidance to customers across Intercom, Slack, email, and calls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background through experience or education.
• Conversant in SQL or willing to learn the basics and a few more advanced topics.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
