Job summary

Catena Clearing is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to be the technical backbone of our customer relationships. You’ll be the go-to expert when an integration breaks, a webhook stops firing, or data doesn’t look right, diagnosing and fixing issues end-to-end in a hands-on, fast-moving startup environment.

This highly technical, customer-facing role requires coding in at least one language, reading payloads, and building small tools to speed both customers and our product/engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Ability to read/write code and script against REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks; diagnose integration issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and self-directed; manage multiple technical accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own integration health from go-live through the lifecycle.
• Lead technical onboarding and integration support: API keys, webhooks, third-party connections.
• Lead technical discovery and translate customer use cases into integration patterns.
• Conduct reviews to surface risk and opportunities to deepen adoption.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) to architect and build custom integrations.
