Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise clients.
• Develop quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality executive updates and messaging.
