Medely is a high-growth healthcare tech startup seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager (Scale) to manage a national portfolio remotely. You will drive engagement, retention, and value realization for outpatient and post-acute facilities using Medely’s platform.

You’ll monitor health signals, deliver educations programs, and coordinate with Product and partners to address customer needs at scale. Join a mission-driven team modernizing healthcare staffing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-centric mindset.
• Curiosity about technology and ability to learn tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor account activity and health signals; outreach when support or renewal is needed.
• Create and deliver communications, webinars, and resources to educate customers.
• Identify signs of risk or changing staffing needs and connect customers with internal partners.
• Provide feedback to Product and other teams on recurring questions and platform challenges.
• Track engagement and campaign performance to improve impact at scale.
