Job summary

Respage is hiring a Customer Success Associate for a high-ownership, fast-moving role. You will manage a constant flow of client requests and drive them to resolution, owning a small portfolio of clients.

This fully remote position requires proactive communication and collaboration with CSMs to ensure services are fully set up and maintained. You’ll also assist with social posts and reputation management using Google Workspace, Slack, Teamwork Projects, and Teamwork Desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Services in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with property management clients or PMS systems like Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English for email and chat.
• Able to work fully remote and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily flow of incoming support emails and client chat messages from our website and dashboard.
• Support a small portfolio of clients with weekly maintenance and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure client services are set up and launched.
• Assist with social posts and reputation management for clients, plus marketing projects.
