Job summary

Respage is hiring a Customer Success Associate for a high-ownership, fast-moving role. You will own the support inbox and website dashboard chat, triage issues, document requests, and drive them to resolution for a small portfolio of clients.

You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure services are set up and supported, especially when new orders come in, while also assisting with social posts and marketing projects for client accounts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ownership mindset: drive tasks to completion and own outcomes.
• Ability to triage, document, and resolve client issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily flow of incoming support emails and client chat messages.
• Respond professionally, gather details, and provide clear next steps.
• Triage requests to determine user error, setup gap, product limitation, or defect.
• Maintain weekly touchpoints with assigned client portfolio and proactive updates.
• Help create social posts for clients and support reputation management.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new orders.
• Document processes, reproduce steps, and act quickly to move rollouts forward.
• Identify patterns and recurrent issues; escalate as needed.
