Job summary

Respage is hiring a Customer Success Associate for a high-ownership, fast-moving role. This fully remote position requires you to live in PA, NJ, or DE and actively manage client requests, triage issues, and drive them to resolution.

You will own the support inbox and dashboard chat, support a small client portfolio, and work closely with CSMs to ensure services are fully set up—especially when new orders come in.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Services in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling client requests, triaging issues, and driving resolutions.
• Comfort with collaboration tools and remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily flow of incoming support emails and client chat messages.
• Manage a small portfolio of clients with weekly maintenance and touchpoints.
• Proactively surface risks and recurring issues to the CSM team.
• Assist with creating social posts and reputation management for clients.
• Support onboarding and setup for new orders with CSMs.
• Collaborate on marketing projects with the marketing manager.
