Job summary

Avelo Airlines is hiring a Part-time Customer Support Crew to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions at the Avelo Customer Support Center. After training, Crewmembers will be eligible to work from home.

Responsibilities include supporting calls and digital channels, assisting with bookings and modifications, selling flights and ancillary products, and meeting KPI standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Ability to multitask while handling calls and digital messages (email, etc.).
• Ability to navigate through complex processes with customers.
• Provide a safe, professional home-office environment after training.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous calls and digital channels into the CSC.
• Provide exceptional service to every customer, every time.
• Assist with bookings, modifications, and supporting customer reservations.
• Sell flights and ancillary products and services.
• Maintain KPI performance standards defined by the CSC.
