Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Customer Solutions Agent. This fully remote position in Missouri offers a 40-hour workweek. You will answer questions, clarify information, and guide customers toward practical next steps across chat, email, and tickets.

You’ll use Pipedrive, Oracle Service Cloud, and Olark, maintain accurate notes, and collaborate with teammates to resolve requests while preserving customer privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience preferred.
• Experience with customer solutions and service-request handling.
• Ability to learn and use Pipedrive CRM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Service Cloud and Olark live chat.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week remotely from Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer questions via support channels.
• Provide clear information about products, services, and steps.
• Verify customer details and purpose of requests before guiding actions.
• Enter interaction notes and details into Pipedrive accurately.
• Research internal information to locate relevant answers.
• Follow up with customers for status updates when needed.
• Coordinate with teammates when issues span multiple teams.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive concerns with concise notes.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication across channels.
• Meet quality expectations with timely responses and complete notes.
