Job summary

WebstaurantStore Food Service Equipment and Supply Company is seeking a Remote Customer Solutions Specialist in Lititz, PA area to handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. You’ll diagnose issues across multiple systems, balance empathy with policy, and resolve credits, refunds, returns, and replacements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You’ll join a supportive team with a 60-day onboarding, training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Office 365 and Windows-based tools.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Reliable high-speed internet (at least 75 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).
• This role does not require a degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with empathy and confidence via phone, live chat and email in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Investigate complex customer situations by connecting information across systems and order history to understand the full picture.
• Use sound judgment to make decisions about credits, refunds, replacements, and other resolutions.
• Navigate non-scripted, complex scenarios with curiosity and critical thinking.
• Partner with internal teams when information or coordination is needed.
• Continuously learn through feedback, coaching and collaboration.
• Engage with teammates via chat or video and contribute to process improvements.
• Monitor success metrics related to customer experience and quality.
