Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with English fluency.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM required.
• Reliable high-speed internet (75 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) required.
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with empathy via phone, live chat and email in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Investigate complex customer issues across systems and order history.
• Make credit, refund, and return decisions balancing customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional information is needed.
• Continuously learn through coaching and feedback.
