Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a remote Senior Recruiter focused on highly specialized, security-cleared Sales and non-Sales roles in the United States. You will own the recruiting process with a sales mindset, prospecting, influencing, and closing candidates where trust and disciplined execution drive mission outcomes.

You will build a high-velocity pipeline, manage the funnel end-to-end, and act as the primary closer for hard-to-hire candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting for cleared National Security Sales roles.
• Proven success filling hard-to-close roles via outbound sourcing and targeted messaging.
• Ability to diagnose funnel issues using metrics and adjust strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a high-velocity talent pipeline for priority roles.
• Run recruiting like a sales funnel from sourcing to close.
• Close hard-to-hire, security-cleared candidates with urgency and influence.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns using market intelligence.
• Partner with hiring managers to align priorities and hiring strategy.
• Continuously optimize recruiting performance with data-driven feedback.
