Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to drive adoption across startups and enterprises. You will own the customer journey, design technical solutions on the Supabase platform, and lead proof-of-value engagements with high-value customers.

In this fully remote, globally distributed role, you’ll collaborate with Growth, Support, Product, and Engineering to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes, ensuring customer success and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or similar.
• Strong PostgreSQL/MySQL background.
• Experience translating business needs into technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical discovery to define success criteria and platform fits.
• Design and present Supabase-based solutions to high-value customers.
• Guide proof-of-value onboarding and drive customer adoption and scale.
