Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of our Postgres development platform across startups to large brands. You will own the customer journey, uncover business and technical requirements, and design technical solutions built on the Supabase platform.

You’ll lead proof-of-value onboarding, engage with customers to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize scaled performance.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or related fields.
Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Experience in web application development with Python, C# and popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) as well as Node.js.
Very strong communication skills, particularly of technical concepts.
Well-organized storyteller with interpersonal skills; able to navigate multiple stakeholders.
Experience with project management, business analysis and revenue operations tools.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives and define success criteria.
Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers.
Collaborate with Growth to size deals and provide usage estimates.
Lead proof-of-value onboarding and set timelines and success criteria.
Guide customers through onboarding journeys using docs, emails, guides, and webinars.
Deliver architecture assessments and performance optimization to enable scalable adoption.
