Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to drive adoption across startups and enterprises. You will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, and guide proof-of-value implementations on the Supabase platform.

You’ll work with Growth, Support, Product, and Engineering to size deals, set timelines, and ensure customer success while advocating for customer needs within the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar.
• Strong background with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Web application development experience with Python, C#, JS frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) and Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills translating business needs to technical outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover objectives and success criteria for the Supabase platform.
• Design, build, and present platform demonstrations to high-value customers.
• Size deals with Growth team and provide usage estimates for workloads.
• Oversee onboarding journeys with emails, docs, guides, and webinars.
• Deliver architecture assessments, database design, and performance optimization for customers.
