Qualifications
- 10+ years in process automation or technical sales, with a track record in capital projects.
- Experience with EPCs, system integrators, and capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of automation, instrumentation, and digitalization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer challenges into actionable automation requirements.
- Drive sales engagement with assigned accounts to meet acceleration targets.
- Advise customers and internal teams on Siemens' technologies.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Management to deliver value.
- Identify key markets and target customers for the DI portfolio.
