Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Customer Solution Architect for Chemicals, Glass and Energy - Sales Acceleration. Remote in the continental US, you will empower vertical teams by driving DI portfolio adoption, applying the Challenger Sales Approach to shorten the sales cycle and deliver value.

You will translate customer insights into cost-effective solutions, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify markets and accelerate revenue in the process industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar roles in industrial automation or digitalization.
• Experience with process and energy industries (oil & gas, chemicals, hydrogen, LNG).
• Strong knowledge of Siemens Industrial Automation and Digitalization Portfolio.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer challenges into requirements and deliver automation/digitalization solutions.
• Independently drive a Sales Engagement Model with assigned accounts to meet targets.
• Serve as technical and strategic advisor to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to maximize value delivery.
• Identify target markets and support portfolio/product market-fit discussions nationwide.
