Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role in industrial automation or digitalization.
- Strong collaboration with end users, distributors, system integrators, and internal sales teams.
- Deep technical expertise in Siemens Industrial Automation and Digitalization Portfolio.
- Understanding of industrial automation market drivers and digital transformation trends.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Drive and apply Siemens Sales Engagement process within MACHINE BUILDER verticals/accounts.
- Implement sales acceleration strategies and guidelines.
- Identify key markets and target MACHINE BUILDER customers nationwide.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, product management, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate customer challenges into actionable requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Serve as primary technical and strategic advisor to customers and sales teams.
