Volt is hiring a Customer Service Support Representative for a remote position based in San Diego, CA. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, creating and transferring Salesforce tickets, and supporting multiple platforms.

You will train on additional tasks like data entry and QA while delivering payment status updates for negotiated providers. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, prioritization, and working both independently and within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfort using multiple software platforms including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing calls and either handle, transfer to a negotiator, or set up Salesforce tickets.
• Train and assist on other tasks outside Salesforce as needed.
• Provide payment status on behalf of providers we negotiate with.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, including business email etiquette.
• Excel in a collaborative environment with input from cross-functional team.
• Learn to use various databases across platforms and perform data entry/QA tasks as needed.
