Job summary

Volt is hiring a Customer Service Support Representative in San Diego, CA (Remote Position). This full-time role handles calls, creates Salesforce tickets, and supports providers with payment status updates across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable learning new databases. Training is provided; you will work remotely in a flexible, team-based setting with opportunities to develop across platforms and tasks beyond Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to dynamically prioritize tasks.
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in using multiple software platforms.
Auto Insurance or Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming and outgoing calls and creating or routing Salesforce tickets.
Assist with additional tasks and data entry across platforms.
Provide payment status updates for providers.
Maintain professional written and verbal communication; handle emails.
