Volt is hiring a Customer Service Support Representative in San Diego, CA (Remote Position). This full-time role pays $17.00 per hour and involves handling calls, Salesforce ticketing, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritize dynamically, and work across several software platforms. Prior insurance experience is a plus.

Formación

• Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working across multiple software platforms.
• Auto Insurance or Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls and either handling, transferring to a negotiator, or setting up Salesforce tickets.
• Train and assist in other tasks outside Salesforce and take on side tasks.
• Provide payment status on behalf of the providers we negotiate with.
• Learn to use various databases; role spans multiple platforms.
• Salesforce tasks may include setting up tickets for call escalations and other requests.
