Job summary

Progressive Leasing, a leading lease-to-own solutions provider, is seeking a Supervisor - Customer Service to oversee a remote team within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ. You will coach staff, monitor service levels, and handle incoming/outgoing calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to process improvement, with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done and will expand over time.
• Curiosity, adaptability and openness to learning as roles evolve.

We are currently hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.

YOU’LL BRING:

• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
