Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming and outgoing calls, enter data into a Windows-based system, and maintain accuracy. You will follow scripts, escalate to a supervisor when needed, and support team goals while delivering quality service.

This full-time remote position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ months call center experience preferred, and strong English communication. Training is provided; equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months experience in a call center or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, type, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with courtesy.
• Enter information into Windows-based database as required.
• Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary.
