Job summary

XACT is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help our clients' customers from a secure home office. You’ll assist via phone, email, and live chat with product selection and order questions while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll listen actively, uncover needs, and propose solutions that improve the customer experience. You’ll work with other teams to ensure timely orders, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is ideal, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and type at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product questions and order inquiries.
