What You Will Do

• Deliver thoughtful, high-touch customer support through email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with orders, products, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account needs.
• Recommend exchanges and alternative solutions that create a positive customer experience.
• Manage customer interactions accurately using Shopify, Gorgias, Apparel Magic, and related tools.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, fulfillment, and product concerns.
• Maintain a polished, empathetic, solutions-focused communication style.
• Help uphold a premium service standard for a discerning customer base.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a consumer-facing environment.
• Background in fashion, luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or a comparable brand environment.
• Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms such as Gorgias.
• Experience with Apparel Magic or a similar e-commerce or retail ERP system.
• Confidence managing customer requests across email, chat, and phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Los Angeles.
