• 4. Product Knowledge: learn service details and policies to answer questions accurately.
• 5. Documentation and Reporting: keep detailed client interaction records and satisfaction notes.
• 6. Collaboration: work with CS and other teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• 7. Policy Adherence: follow company policies and data protection requirements.
