You will schedule Zoom meetings, tailor benefit packages, and build lasting client relationships while supporting claims and documentation accuracy. The role emphasizes strong communication, ambition, organization, and teamwork, with flexible work options including

• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.

• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
