SolvOne, LLC is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to dispatch technicians for 24/7/365 petroleum industry service. You will work from home with provided equipment, start at $18/hour, and participate in paid training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• A strong internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company provided equipment.
• Must be a resident of Kenoshain the Wisconsin area.
• Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach and strong problem solving and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and computer interactions to dispatch technicians.
• Provide superior service for customers via phone and computer interactions.
• Learn new information, policies and software related to the petroleum industry.
• Maintain organized and accurate records and respond to customer needs.

• Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
