TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 100% remote contract role based out of Hattiesburg, MS. The position pays $17/hr with a start date of October 5, 2026.

The schedule requires full availability during 7:45am–10pm, Monday through Friday, with on-going training and certification prerequisites. The role involves handling phone and online chat inquiries, account management, eligibility checks, problem solving, and adherence to regulatory communication guidelines.

• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Input customer information into a database
• Various administrative duties as assigned

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
