PedrosVacations is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients with questions, updates, scheduling, and general service needs in a fully remote environment.

No prior industry experience required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you respond to inquiries, coordinate reservations, and keep client records organized. This is a fully remote role with a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop customer-service and coordination skills while working from home.

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to support clients with questions, updates, scheduling, and general service needs in a remote environment.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll help keep communication clear, information organized, and client requests moving forward. Some tasks may also involve light reservation or planning support.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
