Job summary

DISA Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Representative II, Customer Service to support the Healthcare Technology Division remotely in the USA.

You will manage client inquiries, maintain CRM records, support onboarding and training, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of customer service experience in regulated environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain accurate, compliant customer records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate customers on services and lead onboarding sessions and webinars.
• Maintain complete and accurate data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
