Job summary

CorVel is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Fort Worth area to address client and provider inquiries via email, phone, fax, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines and client instructions.

This role requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems (MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud) to support the workforce in workers' compensation and related benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Medical terminology and coding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and return calls.
• Answer emails from clients, providers and internal offices.
• Review provider history in MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud.
• Consult with Supervisor or other departments to clarify answers to inquiries.
• Contact provider to discuss findings at the appropriate level.
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
