Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and return calls.
• Answer emails from clients, providers and internal offices.
• Review provider history in MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud.
• Consult with Supervisor or other departments to clarify inquiries.
• Contact providers to discuss findings.
