DELSEY Paris, a consumer goods brand, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage the full order process from entry to delivery while ensuring top-notch service and accuracy. You will liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Remote flexibility is offered with significant customer-facing opportunities.

Formación

• College degree, High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Organized and analytical, with relentless attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.
• Customer and service oriented with strong drive to provide best in class service.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, check and key-in orders by email, phone, or fax.
• Answer calls from customers and sales team, placing orders or resolving disputes.
• Manage and resolve outstanding orders with Customers and Sales Force.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, IT and Marketing.
• Establish communication with assigned Sales Representatives and customers.
• Enter return orders for defective/returned products.
• File freight claims for customers as required.
• Maintain organized electronic customer files.
