Job summary

Medlogix is seeking a Customer Service Operational Support professional for a remote role. You will support customer service operations across service products in all lines of business, handling EOB requests, billing calls, and mailbox inquiries.

You will distribute notifications and assist with referrals and reports under supervision. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least two years of customer service experience, with preference for healthcare familiarity and bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College Diploma or certified coursework preferred.
• Minimum of two years Customer Service experience required.
• Managed Care, Health Care, Doctors’ office/facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process EOB requests in Document Manager Inbox.
• Make outbound billing provider calls to request bills/medical records.
• Handle claims messages to all carriers.
• Maintain CSBilling mailbox inquiries daily.
• Maintain CSIntake mailbox inquiries daily.
• Distribute daily WC Hospital notifications as directed by supervisor.
• Complete daily FROI report and submit to WCMC by 2pm.
• Research and forward Precert requests as needed.
• Process Allstate NIS / Precert requests.
• Enter and distribute FROIs as assigned.
• Enter new Intake/Referrals into SYSTEM.
• Inform Supervisor of activities and issues.
• Use trackers to monitor daily production.
• Support with training as needed.
