Qualifications

• Knowledge of daily customer service operations and principles.
• Knowledge of corporate and departmental policies.
• Knowledge of pre-cert, worker’s comp, group health, and Bill Review processes.
• Knowledge of insurance carrier plans.
• Knowledge of office procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process EOB requests in Document Manager Inbox.
• Complete outgoing billing provider calls for bills/records.
• Handle claims messages for all carriers.
• Maintain CSBilling mailbox inquiries daily.
• Maintain CSIntake mailbox inquiries daily.
• Distribute daily WC hospital notifications as instructed.
