Responsibilities

• Create and manage Service Records, Service Orders, Case Records and QA calls
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone or email
• Triage inquiries by urgency and provide timely resolutions
• Obtain and evaluate information to address inquiries or complaints
• Schedule and monitor project timelines with vendors
• Document interactions, actions taken, and next steps
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency
