Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Customer Service Compliance Specialist to support the Mountain and Pacific time zones in a remote role. You will ensure timely order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating with Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, and more.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a fast-paced office setting, with SAP experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries.
• Review purchasing documents for compliance validation.
• Coordinate with Contracts Management for approvals and redlines.
• Enter orders into SAP accurately.
• Monitor order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
• Process product returns with necessary approvals.
