Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Customer Service Compliance Specialist to deliver high-quality service across the Mountain and Pacific time zones. This remote role supports order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating with Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, and Logistics.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a fast-paced office environment, with SAP experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four- or five-year college or university.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced office environment supporting customers.
• SAP experience preferred; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries about orders.
• Review purchasing documents and submit to Legal via OnBase for compliance.
• Coordinate with Contracts Management to secure outstanding approvals.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable for vendor onboarding and verification.
• Enter all orders into SAP on the day they are received.
