Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential.
• Must be able to operate a computer and navigate multiple windows/tabs.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy and exceptional service.
• Document customer inquiries into a database accurately.
• Verify customer information and make necessary updates.
• Listen actively to offer additional information to callers.
• Follow up with callers as necessary.
• Utilize contact center data to improve performance.
• Conduct outbound calls for surveying.
